A creamy and refreshing Banana Peach Milkshake made with frozen bananas, ripe peaches, milk, and a touch of honey and vanilla. Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert!

- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
- 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, almond milk recommended)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, sliced peaches, granola, a drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Freeze bananas (at least 2 hours, overnight is best). Slice fresh peach if using. Measure out milk, Greek yogurt (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
- Blend: Add frozen bananas, peach slices, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and ice cubes (if using) to a blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds). Add more milk if too thick, or more frozen banana/ice if too thin.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Add lemon juice if too sweet.
- Serve: Pour into a glass. Add optional toppings like whipped cream, sliced peaches, granola, or a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.

- For best results, use frozen bananas.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use any type of milk you prefer.
- Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein.
- Optional additions: spinach/kale, other fruits, nut butter, protein powder, spices, cocoa powder.
