  • Total Time: 6 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

A creamy and refreshing Banana Peach Milkshake made with frozen bananas, ripe peaches, milk, and a touch of honey and vanilla. Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, almond milk recommended)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, sliced peaches, granola, a drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Freeze bananas (at least 2 hours, overnight is best). Slice fresh peach if using. Measure out milk, Greek yogurt (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using).
  2. Blend: Add frozen bananas, peach slices, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and ice cubes (if using) to a blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds). Add more milk if too thick, or more frozen banana/ice if too thin.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness as needed. Add lemon juice if too sweet.
  5. Serve: Pour into a glass. Add optional toppings like whipped cream, sliced peaches, granola, or a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, use frozen bananas.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • Use any type of milk you prefer.
  • Greek yogurt adds creaminess and protein.
  • Optional additions: spinach/kale, other fruits, nut butter, protein powder, spices, cocoa powder.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but the texture may change. Re-blend before serving.
