Ingredients

  • chicken thighs
  • olive oil
  • pita bread or flatbread
  • salad mixture
  • garlic yogurt sauce
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. If pan-frying, heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
