Ingredients

- pita bread or flatbread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- If pan-frying, heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- To assemble, take a pita bread or flatbread and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Place a generous amount of the salad mixture in the center of the bread.
- Add slices of the cooked chicken on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the garlic yogurt sauce over the chicken and salad.
- Wrap the pita or flatbread around the filling, and its ready to serve!
