- Peanut butter mousse

Instructions
- Once the chocolate cakes are completely cooled, place one layer on a serving plate. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter mousse on top.
- Carefully place the second layer of chocolate cake on top of the mousse. Spread the remaining mousse over the top of the cake.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides for a beautiful finish.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings, chopped peanuts, and whipped cream if desired.
