- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Toppings: Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside. Chop green bell pepper into small pieces and slice black olives. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Breakfast Pizzas: Toast English muffins lightly. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each half. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese. Distribute cooked sausage, chopped green bell pepper, and sliced black olives over the cheese. Pour a small amount of the egg mixture over each pizza.
- Bake the Breakfast Pizzas: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place assembled pizzas on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and egg is cooked through. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
- Broil (Optional): For extra color, broil for the last minute or two, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs, hot sauce, or sour cream, if desired.
