Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients for a smoother cooking process.
  2. Wash and slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  4. Rinse the snap peas and set aside.
  5. Slice the onion into thin wedges.
  6. Mince the garlic and ginger.
  7. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  8. If using cornstarch, mix it with water in a separate bowl until smooth, then add to the sauce mixture.
  9. Whisk until well combined and set aside.
  10. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  11. Once hot, add ground turkey and break it apart with a spatula.
