Instructions
- Remove the porchetta from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board.
- Tent it loosely with aluminum foil and let it rest for at least 20-30 minutes.
- After resting, carefully remove the kitchen twine.
- Slice the porchetta into thick pieces.
- Serve warm, and enjoy the crispy skin and flavorful meat!
