- 1 ounce of fresh lime juice
- 4 ounces of Topo Chico (or any sparkling mineral water)
- Fresh lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
- Choose a highball glass or any tall glass of your preference.
- (Optional) Rim the glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.
- Cut a lime in half and squeeze out 1 ounce of fresh lime juice using a juicer or your hands.
- Pour 2 ounces of blanco tequila into a cocktail shaker or directly into your glass.
- Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the tequila. If using a shaker, give it a gentle shake; if mixing in the glass, stir with a spoon.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, preferably large ones to minimize dilution.
- Open a bottle of Topo Chico (or your chosen sparkling mineral water) and pour 4 ounces over the ice.
- Gently stir the drink to combine all ingredients without losing too much carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge on the rim or drop it into the drink.
- Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
