- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, berries, nuts, or granola
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Pour in the cold brew coffee.
- Add the milk of your choice.
- Stir in the maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of salt.
- Using a whisk or a spoon, stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some liquid.
